Processing & Handling Times
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification with a tracking link once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer Free Shipping above Rs. 1000/- and below Rs. 1000/- (Rs 85/- is chargeable) across India for select promotional periods or orders meeting minimum cart values as specified on our website. Standard shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Metro Cities: 4 to 5 business days.
Rest of India: 5 to 8 business days.
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our third-party courier partners (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post). Delays may occasionally occur due to extreme weather conditions, festive rushes, or remote regional accessibility.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is handed over to our courier partner, a unique tracking ID and a tracking link will be sent to your registered email address or via SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your shipment in real-time.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Nirgun is not responsible for non-delivery or shipment loss caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses, phone numbers, or pin codes provided by the customer at the time of order placement. Redelivery charges in such instances will be borne entirely by the customer.
